Kade represents clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including business and joint venture formations, private equity transactions, real estate transactions, general contract negotiation, and other corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes representation of clients in a variety of industries including real estate investment and development, hospitality, construction, retail, consumer products and services, and information technology.

Prior to joining Aguirre Riley, Kade was a partner at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. where he practiced in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Real Estate practice groups.
